Disappointed with KB Police

I am very disappointed with the KB Police actions when asked about my case they just remain silent like lizard. I did not means to insult them but they needs to understand my situation. If I ask them about my case evolution they will said "not yet". Them only give a very simple answer and definitely cause dissatisfaction to them.

Not unreasonable if I equalize them such as turtle!
